*Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance and disclosure items and advise on and draft new disclosures; coordinate and assist with financial disclosures; and review public announcements, including press releases, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.  *Independently complete process from drafting to finalizing business agreement and other transactional documents. Negotiates, drafts and reviews R&D agreements of all types.  *Works with internal stakeholders to identify, assess and address general legal concerns.
